In implementing the community first choice option, the state department shall ensure continuity of support for eligible individuals who were receiving services as of July 1, 2025, and who have maintained eligibility in the state medical assistance program since that date.Added by 2023 Ch. 270,§ 1, eff. 5/25/2023.
