The executive director of the department of public health and environment may promulgate rules to implement this part 6. In doing so, the executive director shall consult with and consider the recommendations of the department of agriculture with regard to veterinary services and the entity established to coordinate the implementation of the emergency management assistance compact and shall also consult with and consider rules promulgated by similarly empowered agencies in other states to promote uniformity of application of this part 6 and make the emergency response systems in the various states reasonably compatible.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-29.3-110 and amended by 2017 Ch. 244, § 1, eff. 8/9/2017.L. 2017: Entire part added with relocations, (HB 17-1240), ch. 244, p. 1012, § 1, effective August 9.This section is similar to former § 12-29.3-110 as it existed prior to 2017.
