Section 25-1-123 - Restructure of health and human services - development of plan - participation of department required

The department, in cooperation with the department of health care policy and financing and the department of human services, shall develop a plan for the restructuring of the health and human services delivery system in the state in accordance with article 1.7 of title 24, C.R.S.L. 93: Entire section added, p. 1097, § 14, effective 7/1/1994.
