Section 25-1-1503 - Colorado rare disease advisory council - creation

There is created in the department the Colorado rare disease advisory council. The purpose of the council is to study and make findings and recommendations to the general assembly, state agencies, and others, as appropriate, concerning the needs of individuals living in Colorado with rare diseases.Added by 2022 Ch. 488,§1, eff. 8/10/2022. 2022 Ch. 488, was passed without a safety clause.
