Section 25-4-1706 - Infant immunization program - eligibility

Any infant shall be eligible for participation in the infant immunization program; except that, for fiscal year 1992-93, only infants born on or after January 1, 1993, shall be eligible for participation in the infant immunization tracking program.L. 92: Entire part added, p. 1311, § 1, effective July 1.
