Section 25-4-1707 - Moneys targeted for medical assistance for infants - reimbursement

The state department of health care policy and financing shall reimburse the department of public health and environment for the costs of vaccinating infants under the infant immunization program who are medicaid eligible pursuant to the 'Colorado Medical Assistance Act', articles 4, 5, and 6 of title 25.5, C.R.S.
