Section 25-4-403 - Eligibility - nondiscrimination

Notwithstanding any other provision of this part 4 to the contrary, programs and services that provide for the investigation, identification, testing, preventive care, and treatment of sexually transmitted infections are available regardless of a person's actual or perceived race, creed, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, mental or physical disability, familial status, marital status, or immigration status.Amended by 2021 Ch. 156,§35, eff. 9/7/2021.Amended by 2016 Ch. 230,§1, eff. 7/1/2016.L. 2016: Entire part R&RE, (SB 16-146), ch. 897, p. 897, § 1, effective July 1.
