The department, in cooperation with the department of local affairs, is authorized to identify opportunities for small communities with similar compliance problems to share information or for larger communities to work with small communities in addressing the technical and other issues involved in preparing an environmental priorities plan.L. 95: Entire article added, p. 1009, § 1, effective July 1.
