(1) Nothing in this part 3 shall supersede the provisions of part 1 of this article.(2) The authority to participate in federal implementation of remedial actions at designated processing sites shall terminate at such time as the authority of the federal government to perform remedial action terminates under the provisions of section 112 (a) of Public Law 95-604.L. 79: Entire part added, p. 1070, § 1, effective 1/1/1980.
