Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, a private service provider is not required to provide recycling services under the program or any other plan approved by the executive director pursuant to this part 7.Added by 2022 Ch. 337,§1, eff. 8/10/2022. 2022 Ch. 337, was passed without a safety clause.
