§ 25-18-5-104

(1) If a structure or vehicle has been determined to be contaminated or if a governing body or law enforcement agency issues a notice of probable contamination, the owner of the structure or vehicle shall not permit any person to have access to the structure or vehicle unless: (a) The person is trained or certified to handle contaminated property under board rules or federal law; or(b) The owner has received certificates of compliance under section 25-18.5-102(1)(e).Amended by 2013 Ch. 293,§ 1, eff. 8/7/2013.L. 2005: Entire section added, p. 1496, § 3, effective June 9.
