Whenever the division or its designee has reason to believe that any person has violated any of the provisions of this part 11 or the rules promulgated thereunder, the division or its designee may commence an enforcement action pursuant to section 25-7-115.L. 97: Entire part added, p. 1089, § 2, effective July 1.
