Notwithstanding section 25-7-110.5, the commission shall not conduct an economic impact analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, or any other analyses required by section 25-7-110.5 in considering a voluntary agreement or the emission limitations contained therein.L. 98: Entire part added, p. 1050, § 1, effective July 1.
