Section 25-7-402 - Definitions

As used in this part 4, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Evaluate' means to review wood-burning appliances' emission levels, as determined by an independent testing laboratory, and compare the emission levels to the emission performance standards established by the commission under section 25-7-403.(2) and (3) Repealed.L. 84: Entire part added, p. 779, § 1, effective April 12.
