Whenever the air quality control division determines, after investigation, that the level of wood stove emissions anticipated will contribute adversely or is likely to have an adverse impact on the air quality in any nonattainment area in the state, the commission should implement and announce a program of voluntary no-burn days.L. 84: Entire part added, p. 782, § 1, effective April 12.
