Section 25-7-601 - to 25-7-610 - [Repealed]

(1) This part 6 was added in 1988, effective January 1, 1990. The provisions of this part 6 were relocated to part 4 of article 4 of title 42. (2) Section 25-7-610 provided for the repeal of this part 6, effective January 1, 1995. (See L. 94, p. 2541.)
