Section 25-6-206 - Interviews conducted in language recipient understands

In all cases where the recipient does not speak or read the English language, the services shall not be given unless the interviews are conducted and all literature is written in a language which the recipient understands.L. 65: p. 464, § 1. C.R.S. 1963: § 36-20-5.
