Section 25-29-118 - Nonliability of state for bonds

Neither the state of Colorado nor the city shall be liable for bonds of the authority, and such bonds shall not constitute a debt of the state or the city. The bonds shall contain on the face thereof a statement to such effect.L. 94: Entire article added, p. 668, § 1, effective April 19.
