(1) This article was added in 2002 and was not amended prior to its repeal in 2006. For the text of this article prior to 2006, consult the 2005 Colorado Revised Statutes.(2) Section 25-33-104 (1) provided for the repeal of this article, effective July 1, 2006, if the program was not implemented due to insufficient funds. On June 20, 2006, the revisor of statutes received notice from the joint budget committee staff director that the conditions in § 25-33-104 (1) had not been met.
