(1) A health-care entity shall not limit, by contract or other means, the right of a physician or dentist to enforce this article.(2) This article may be enforced in a civil action, and any remedies at law and in equity shall be available.(3) A violation of this article by a health-care entity shall constitute an unfair or deceptive act or practice under part 11 of article 3 of title 10, C.R.S.Amended by 2015 Ch. 95, § 7, eff. 8/5/2015.L. 2008: Entire article added, p. 2017, § 1, effective September 1.
