Section 25-42-106 - Call, notice, conduct, and determination of results of tax elections

An election held pursuant to this article may be conducted under the provisions of either the 'Uniform Election Code of 1992', articles 1 to 13 of title 1, C.R.S., or the 'Colorado Municipal Election Code of 1965', article 10 of title 31, C.R.S.L. 2008: Entire article added, p. 1184, § 1, effective May 22.
