Section 25-47-105 - Reporting

An authorized entity that possesses and makes available epinephrine auto-injectors shall submit to the department of public health and environment, on a form developed by the department of public health and environment, a report of each incident on the authorized entity's premises that involves the administration of an epinephrine auto-injector pursuant to section 25-47-103. The department of public health and environment shall annually publish a report that summarizes and analyzes all reports submitted to it under this section.Added by 2015 Ch. 191,§ 1, eff. 5/14/2015.L. 2015: Entire article added, (HB 15-1232), ch. 191, p. 630, § 1, effective May 14.
