(1) No ambulance shall operate in this state unless it is covered by a complying policy as defined in section 10-4-601 (2), C.R.S.(2) This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2024.Repealed by 2022 Ch. 291, § 9, eff. 7/1/2024.L. 77: Entire article added, p. 1283, § 2, effective 1/1/1978.
