(1) The department shall provide the necessary forms and copies of quarterly statistical report forms for local and state evaluation of ambulance service unless specifically exempted by the board of county commissioners of a particular county for that county.(2) This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2024.Repealed by 2022 Ch. 291, § 13, eff. 7/1/2024.L. 77: Entire article added, p. 1285, § 2, effective 1/1/1978.
