The programs under this part 8 shall be funded by moneys annually appropriated by the general assembly to the department from the tobacco education programs fund created in section 24-22-117, C.R.S.L. 2005: Entire section added, p. 912, § 18, effective June 2.This section was originally numbered as § 25-3.5-808 in House Bill 05-1261 but has been renumbered on revision for ease of location.
