As used in this article 20.5, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Department' means the department of public health and environment, created pursuant to section 25-1-102.(2) 'Division' means the prevention services division created in section 25-20.5-103.(3) 'Executive director' means the executive director of the department of public health and environment.(4) 'Prevention, intervention, and treatment program' means a program that provides prevention, intervention, or treatment services.(5) 'Prevention, intervention, and treatment services' means services that are designed to promote the well-being of youth and their families by decreasing high-risk behaviors, strengthening healthy behaviors, and promoting family stability.(6) Repealed.Amended by 2020 Ch. 44,§ 3, eff. 9/14/2020.Amended by 2013 Ch. 169,§ 13, eff. 7/1/2013.L. 2000: Entire article added, p. 562, § 1, effective May 18.
