(1) County or district public health agencies within the state may establish a multidisciplinary and multiagency overdose fatality review local team. A local team must be created pursuant to this part 23.(2) Two or more counties may agree to jointly establish a single multicounty team.(3) Multicounty or multidistrict team members shall enter into a memorandum of understanding among the counties or districts regarding team membership, staffing, and operations.Added by 2024 Ch. 440,§ 7, eff. 6/6/2024.
