(1) A person must be considered for admission to a veterans center if he or she meets the eligibility requirements prescribed in state and federal regulations.(2) After admission, a resident shall be subject to periodic review as to financial status, need for continuing medical institutional care, and other eligibility factors.(3) A resident may be transferred or discharged for cause in accordance with federal regulations.Amended by 2014 Ch. 59, § 8, eff. 8/6/2014.L. 98: Entire article R&RE, p. 184, § 1, effective April 10.
