As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Division' means the division of housing within the department of local affairs created in section 24-32-704, C.R.S.(1.5) 'Executive director' means the executive director of the department of local affairs.(2) 'Homeless prevention activities program' means a community-based or community-oriented program which is operated by the division and established pursuant to the criteria set forth in section 26-7.8-103 to assist in preventing families and other persons from becoming homeless.(3) Repealed.(4) 'Unit of local government' means a county, city and county, city, town, or municipality.L. 89: Entire article added, p. 1226, § 1, effective July 1.
