Any entity that qualifies to provide services pursuant to section 25.5-5-202 (1)(r) in regard to the treatment program for high-risk pregnant women, shall make available, in addition to substance use and addiction counseling and treatment: Risk assessment services; care coordination; nutrition assessment; psychosocial counseling; intensive health education, including parenting education and education on risk factors and appropriate health behaviors; home visits; transportation services; and other services deemed necessary by the BHA and the department of health care policy and financing.Amended by 2022 Ch. 222, § 154, eff. 7/1/2022.L. 2010: Entire article added with relocations, (SB 10 -175), ch. 188, p. 728, § 2, effective April 29.
