Colorado Legal Code
The department of health care policy and financing shall create a data collection mechanism regarding persons receiving services pursuant to the treatment program for high-risk pregnant and parenting women that must include the collection of data on cost-effectiveness, success of the program, and other data the department of health care policy and financing deems appropriate.Amended by 2019 Ch. 272,§ 7, eff. 5/23/2019.L. 2010: Entire article added with relocations, (SB 10-175), ch. 188, p. 728, §2, effective April 29.This section is similar to former § 25-1-215 as it existed prior to 2010.
