§ 27-64-5-101

As used in this article 64.5, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Behavioral health administration' or 'BHA' means the behavioral health administration established in section 27-50-102.(2) 'Child or youth' means an individual who is less than twenty-one years of age.(3) 'State department' means the state department of human services created pursuant to section 26-1-105.Added by 2024 Ch. 459,§ 4, eff. 6/6/2024.
