Section 27-65-120 - Administration or monitoring of medications to persons receiving treatment

The commissioner has the power to direct the administration or monitoring of medications in conformity with part 3 of article 1.5 of title 25 to persons receiving treatment in facilities designated pursuant to this article 65.Amended by 2022 Ch. 451, § 1, eff. 8/10/2022.Amended by 2022 Ch. 222, § 120, eff. 7/1/2022.Amended by 2013 Ch. 185, § 131, eff. 5/10/2013.L. 2010: Entire article added with relocations, (SB 10 -175), ch. 188, p. 694, § 2, effective April 29. That provision was harmonized with this section as it appears in HB 22-1256. 2022 Ch. 451, was passed without a safety clause. See Colo. Const. art. V, § 1(3). In 2013, this section was amended by the 'Voter Access and Modernized Elections Act'.
