§ 27-10-5-401

(1) This part 4 was added in 1991. This part 4 was relocated to part 3 of article 10 of title 25.5, effective March 1, 2014. Former C.R.S. section numbers are shown in editor's notes following those sections that were relocated.(2) Section 27-10.5-408 provided for the repeal of this part 4, effective March 1, 2014.
