§ 27-10-5-501

(1) This part 5 was added in 1991. This part 5 was relocated to part 4 of article 10 of title 25.5, effective March 1, 2014. (2) Section 27-10.5-504 provided for the repeal of this part 5, effective March 1, 2014. (See L. 2013, pp. 1799, 1813.)
