A 'principal', as used in this code, means any person punishable under this code who commits an offense punishable by this code or intentionally aids, abets, counsels, commands, solicits, or procures its commission or intentionally causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him or her would be punishable by this code.Amended by 2018 Ch. 95,§ 18, eff. 4/2/2018.L. 83: Entire article added, p. 1185, § 1, effective June 10.
