§ 28-3-1-506

(1) Any person subject to this code who solicits or advises another to desert in violation of section 28-3.1-509 or mutiny in violation of section 28-3.1-518 shall be punished as a court-martial directs.(2) Any person subject to this code who solicits or advises another to commit an act of misbehavior before the enemy or any hostile force in violation of section 28-3.1-523 or sedition in violation of section 28-3.1-518 shall be punished as court-martial directs.L. 83: Entire article added, p. 1186, § 1, effective June 10.
