Any person subject to this code who compels or attempts to compel the commander of any of the state military forces to surrender to an enemy or any hostile force or who strikes the colors or flag to any enemy or any hostile force without proper authority shall be punished as a court-martial directs.L. 83: Entire article added, p. 1189, § 1, effective June 10.
