Any person subject to this code who operates any vehicle while impaired by alcohol, marijuana, drugs, or intoxicants of any kind, or any combination thereof, or in a reckless or wanton manner shall be punished as a court-martial directs.Amended by 2018 Ch. 95,§ 28, eff. 4/2/2018.L. 83: Entire article added, p. 1190, § 1, effective June 10.
