Any person subject to this code who is found impaired by alcohol, marijuana, drugs, or intoxicants of any kind, or any combination thereof, on duty or sleeping upon his or her post or who leaves his or her post before he or she is regularly relieved shall be punished as a court-martial directs.Amended by 2018 Ch. 95,§ 29, eff. 4/2/2018.L. 83: Entire article added, p. 1190, § 1, effective June 10.
