Any person subject to this code who, for the purpose of avoiding work, duty, or service, feigns illness, physical disablement, mental lapse, or derangement or intentionally inflicts self-injury shall be punished as a court-martial directs.L. 83: Entire article added, p. 1190, § 1, effective June 10.
