Section 28-4-111 - Civil groups not enlisted as units

No civil organization, society, club, post, order, fraternity, association, brotherhood, body, union, league, or other combination of persons or civil group shall be enlisted in such forces as an organization or unit.L. 43: p. 443, § 10. CSA: C. 111, § 132. CRS 53: § 94-7-10. C.R.S. 1963: § 94-2-10.
