Section 29-4-222 - Sale subject to government agreement

Notwithstanding anything in this part 2 to the contrary, any purchaser at a sale of real or personal property of the authority pursuant to any foreclosure of a mortgage of the authority shall obtain title subject to any contract between the authority and the government relating to the supervision by the government of the operation and maintenance of such property and the construction of improvements thereon.L. 35: p. 549, § 22.
