As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Land-use approval' means any final action of a local government that has the effect of authorizing the use or development of a particular parcel of real property.(2) 'Local government' has the same meaning as set forth in section 29-20-103 (1.5).L. 99: Entire part added, p. 587, § 1, effective July 1.
