(1) Installers, managers, or operators of MLTS in Colorado shall meet the requirements set forth in 47 U.S.C. sec. 623 and any other applicable federal law.(2) The commission, by rule, shall create a mechanism for members of the public to report violations of this section and shall forward reports it receives to the appropriate federal authorities.Added by 2020 Ch. 267,§ 10, eff. 7/10/2020.L. 2020: Entire section added, (HB 20-1293), ch. 1296, p. 1296, § 10, effective July 10.
