As used in this part 6, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Employer' means a municipality, county, district attorney, or state agency that employs one or more peace officers.(2) 'Peace officer' means a peace officer described in section 16-2.5-101 (1).(3) 'Trust' means a multiple employer health trust described in section 10-3-903.5 (7)(b)(I) that is established for the purposes of this part 6.Added by 2024 Ch. 282,§ 5, eff. 5/29/2024.
