No tax levy for the purposes of television relay or translator facilities as specified in sections 29-7-101, 29-7-102, and 29-7-105 and 32-1-1005(1)(a), C.R.S., shall be within the limitations prescribed for any county, city, city and county, town, village, school district, or recreation district.L. 60: p. 181, § 5.
