The authority shall, in addition to any other required audit or reporting requirements, present an annual written program and financial report to the Pueblo county board of county commissioners and the city council of the city of Pueblo no later than ninety days after the close of the authority's fiscal year.L. 94: Entire article added, p. 961, § 1, effective April 28.
