Section 29-15-111 - Application to certain public bodies

It is the intent of the general assembly that the provisions of this article shall apply to home rule municipalities except insofar as such provisions may be superseded by their charters or any legislative acts passed pursuant to such charters and also shall apply to special territorial charter municipalities.L. 85: Entire article added, p. 1056, § 1, effective June 6.
