Section 30-10-108 - Fines appropriated to school fund of county

All fines contemplated in section 30-10-107 shall be recoverable before any court in this state, in the name of the county in which the case arises, and shall be appropriated to the use of the school fund of said county.R.S. p. 190, § 10.
